Cornerstone Christian Nannies offers parents and Nannies a wide variety of services to meet the needs of today's ever changing childcare needs. It is our founding Christian philosophy that quality, In-Home Childcare is a combination of childcare training and love intermixed with “FAMILY VALUES.” Family values include spiritual values and are often the deciding factors many parents use in the evaluation of caregivers. Through our services, Parents are able to locate potential Nanny candidates that will enhance their entire family environment. Although not mandated, a majority of our Nanny applicants are willing to offer “spiritually enhanced” environments where God’s love is shown and not merely spoken! Nannies can locate families who are able to locate quality families for which to work for. Although we often do not have the opportunity to visit every family registered with our agency, over the past 15 plus years, we have worked diligently to assure that the homes our Nannies work in are safe and wholesome environment.
Our Mission...The Mission of Cornerstone Christian Nannies is to support families who desire Christian environments for their children by providing them quality, Christian, In-Home Childcare options which supports and enhances the family's faith values.
Were Did We Begin...Founded humbly in 1989 as Smiling Faces, we have evolved into a professional Nanny placement agency that has ministered to, for and with families for over 17 years.Because of our founding faith, our agency places the emphasis on the whole family both that of the Parents and that of the Nanny's. We work diligently to provide a wide variety of services and programs which continue that support.We demonstrate our Christian faith through our membership and/or support of organizations that also support families in various capacities in our community such as Christian Ministries United and Common Thread Ministries. We demonstrate our commitment to quality childcare, through our membership to several professional organizations such as International Nanny Association, Child Development Educators Alliance, and of course our own Nanny-2-Nanny Association and our upcoming Nanny Academy. Of course our success would not have possible if it had not been for the wonderful Parents who have not only used and but also referred our services and the terrific Nannies who have registered with our agency. It is their encouragement and support combined with the enthusiasm, dedication, education, vision, energy, integrity and faith of our founder Carolann Pacer-Ramsey, as well as our dedicated staff, that has enabled us to serve over 1,200 families since 1989.
