Cornerstone Christian Nannies understands that parents are concerned with the safety of their children. When parents hire their child's Nanny on their own, they may not have access to the screening that we as an agency may have. Therefore we have developed this service which can perform the screening process for your family. Parent Consultation w/Observation: Raising children has always been a challenge, but in today's environment, that is even more so. Cornerstone Christian Nannies understands that children do not come with instruction books. Sometimes just a simple word of encouragement or the guidance from an experienced and trained professional, can help parents find their way. That is where this fee based service that includes Clinical Intensive Case Management Approach may help your family. On Site Observation (with written & verbal consultation - USA, VA only): Cornerstone Christian Nannies can provide on-site observation with written/verbal report and, if warranted, hands-on consultation/mentoring for all Families and or Nannies regarding a wide variety of issues, such as time management, guiding behavior of young children, or developing skills in working with children with special needs. This is a fee based service. Fees for this service vary according to the needs of the family and or Nanny depending on the number of hours of observation, number of hours of mentoring and action planning hours as well any necessary material to complete the contracted service. All observations are performed by a trained professional educator. The Registration Fee is $ 75.00 which includes a basic two hour observation w/written report.
